Our Opening Times
Our Warrington showroom is open Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. We are also open on Sundays between the hours of 11am - 3pm.
However, if you contact us outside our opening times, we will get back to you during our office opening hours.
Should you choose to place your order with little interaction, you can order from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the event that you need to make a complaint to us regarding a product or service you’ve purchased from us, please be assured that we will do our utmost to resolve this for you.

The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times when a customer may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we can put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below. We will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
After the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the ambitious standards we aim to achieve.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as possible so the problems can be rectified in a timely manner.
Either call, email or write to us. We aim to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and, where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where Floor Land are unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
