We are sure that you will love your flooring but if something is wrong, please get in touch and we will guarantee to rectify your issue. We will allow one opened box to be returned from each order allowing you a good opportunity to inspect your order on delivery.
To be eligible to return your flooring or accessories you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return it. We will supply you with our return address for you to arrange this return of your flooring.
You must ensure that all returns are returned at the customer's expense unless there are manufacturing defaults or faults due to the shipping process.
The flooring or accessories must be returned to the exact condition you received the goods.
If you notice any damage to your items on inspection of your delivery, please do not accept the delivery. You must also state any damage to the paperwork, in detail to say the items have arrived damaged before handing it back to the driver. You must contact us within 48 hours to let us know, so that we can make a claim with the relevant shipping company. For claims after this time (48 hours) this can turn into a very lengthy process, pending a full investigation into the issue.
For any packs that you feel may be damaged or you feel maybe a bad batch then please do not open the packs. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. All warranties are with the manufacturer and the damaged or faulty products will need to be sent to the manufacturer so they can inspect the faults before exchanging or refund being returned.
If you choose to return your order, there will be a 25% restocking charge. This is 25% of the order total.
Once we have received your order and re-stocked it, we will issue a refund to the payment method used in relation to the original order.
