International Shipping Service (Exports)

International shipping services are available only for specific products and regions, as determined by Floor Land Ltd at its discretion..
Orders for export are subject to review, and we reserve the right to decline any order that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The buyer agrees not to re-export branded products, such as Quick-Step, Floorify and Floor Land, without prior written authorisation from Floor Land Ltd.
Customers who choose to transport these products internationally do so entirely at their own risk. Floor Land Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any issues, damages, or disputes arising from such actions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import regulations of their country. Floor Land Ltd is not responsible for advising on or ensuring compliance with the import regulations of the buyer's country.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Floor Land Ltd will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by customs clearance.
If the buyer intends to export the goods, it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, taxes, duties, and import/export regulations in the destination country. The seller bears no responsibility for such matters.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. However, these estimates are subject to change based on the final destination and size of the order.
Delays caused by international carriers or customs are beyond our control.

All international orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will provide further instructions.

Floor Land Ltd takes all reasonable measures to ensure that your order is securely packaged for international shipping. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused during transit by third-party shipping carriers.
While Floor Land Ltd offers the option to purchase shipping insurance, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to confirm coverage details and ensure adequacy for the shipment.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer at the point of collection from our premises. At this point the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays after the goods have been collected by the buyer or their appointed agent.
The buyer is solely responsible for arranging transportation and ensuring the appropriate handling and care of the goods during transit. The seller is not liable for any transport-related issues once the goods leave the premises.
The buyer is required to inspect the goods at the point of collection to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. By collecting the goods, the buyer confirms that the goods meet the agreed specifications and are free from visible defects.
Goods collected by the buyer are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of collection.

Floor Land Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify any international order if the product availability, shipping feasibility, or legal compliance is compromised. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases, and any payment made will be refunded minus the charges explained in the refund process.
Legal compliance issues include but are not limited to sanctions, export restrictions, and documentation requirements.
If a customer places a special order that requires manufacturing by the relevant supplier and later decides to cancel, they will be liable for a 30% charge to cover our costs. Customers have a 7-day window from the date of the order to cancel without incurring this charge.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the transportation, use, resale, or export of the goods after collection. This includes claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the buyer's failure to comply with applicable import/export regulations.

Floor Land Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Floor Land Ltd will endeavor to notify customers of significant changes to these terms. However, it remains the customer’s responsibility to stay informed by reviewing these terms regularly.

11. Payment Terms

All payments must be received in full prior to collection. Goods will not be released without cleared payment.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other forms as specified by Floor Land at the time of purchase.

The terms outlined on your invoice constitute the contract between Floor Land Ltd and the buyer. By accepting the invoice and making a partial payment, the buyer agrees to these terms.
Partial payment is defined as any payment made against the total invoice amount, irrespective of the percentage paid.
